Life science and diagnostics company Waters has announced its combination with BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions to form a unified company. 

The company aims to be a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, having established a portfolio spanning liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, materials characterisation, flow cytometry, and diagnostic solutions. 

In a statement, Udit Batra, President and CEO of Waters, urged the company is “operating business-as-usual, and our focus remains on delivering the best-in-class service and products you have come to expect from us..
