1. Antonin (Tony) de Fougerolles, Etherna
Antonin (Tony) de Fougerolles has joined the Etherna board of directors as an independent member.
He is currently the CEO of Evox Therapeutics. As founding Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) at Moderna Therapeutics, he pioneered modified mRNA.
2. Dr Xavier Jacq, Ubiquigent
Ubiquigent has appointed Dr Xavier Jacq to its Scientific Advisory Board (SAB).
Dr Jacq co-founded Mission Therapeutics, where he held the positions of VP Scientific Affairs and Director of Biology.
He is currently Chief Scientific Officer at moa Technology.
3. Simon Fricker, Pepper Bio
Pepper Bio has added Simon Fricker as Chief Development Officer.
Previously, Dr Fricker served three years as Vice President of Research and Development at Phio Pharmaceuticals, and eight years as a distinguished scientific fellow at Genzyme/Sanofi.
4. Richard Hammond, Sphere Fluidics
Sphere Fluidics has appointed Richard Hammond as Chief Technical Officer.
Hammond joins Sphere Fluidics with over 20 years’ experience in numerous senior positions, including leading product and technology development at Alere, Cambridge Consultants and DNA Electronics.
5. Dr Paul Brooks, CN Bio
Dr Paul Brooks, formerly CN Bio’s Chief Business Officer, has been appointed as CEO. The former CEO, Dr David Hughes, will take on a consultative role within the company’s Scientific Advisory Board.
Prior to joining CN Bio, Dr Brooks was Head of Business Operations & Managing Director for PerkinElmer’s Horizon Discovery.
